About Wolfey.
Wolfey is a sales workspace by JBI. It brings your business context, clients, conversations and meeting preparation into one place. Access is currently limited while we test the product.
Your work, in one place
Add clients manually or import a spreadsheet, record relationship details and spending, and build a business profile from information you provide or a public website you choose. Ask Wolfey can help prepare meetings, draft follow-ups and work through sales questions using the sources you select.
The Windows meeting companion offers live transcription and suggestions after you sign in, choose your audio sources and start a session. Audio capture requires your permission; detecting a possible call does not start recording. Review AI suggestions before using them.
Optional Google and Microsoft connections
Signing in with Google shares basic identity information. It does not connect your inbox or calendar. Inside Wolfey, you can separately choose to connect Gmail or Outlook to read recent conversations and send individual emails you review and confirm.
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar connections read a limited window of events from your primary calendar for meeting preparation and availability. Wolfey does not create, change or delete provider calendar events. Provider approval and account permissions determine whether a connection is available.
You choose what to share
Connected email and calendar information is private to the account that connects it. Mail and calendar context are off by default in the AI assistant and are sent to OpenAI only when you select them. Connecting an account or generating a draft never sends an email automatically.
